Mango Mule
2 oz Amethyst Lemon Cucumber Serrano
.5 oz honey simple syrup
.5 oz Rhoot Man Mango Shrub
.5 oz lime juice
Ginger Beer
Muddle cucumber, honey, mango shrub and Amethyst in shaker. Add ice to shaker and shake it up. Strain into a freshly iced mule cup. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mango and a lime wheel.
