My Sweet Pup

  • 2 oz Amethyst Grapefruit Basil
  • 1 oz fresh squeeze grapefruit juice
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 2-3 finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Sparkling water (We used Topo Chico!)
  • Sugar or salt for rim
  • Sliced grapefruit for garnish

Rim the glass with your choice of salt or sugar.  Fill a large shaker with ice. Add Amethyst, grapefruit juice, basil, and honey to taste. Shake thoroughly and strain into the glass with fresh ice .  Top with sparking water or Topo Chico.
