GB Collins
- 2 oz Amethyst Grapefruit Basil
- 1 oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes All The Bitters New Orleans
- 1 egg white
- Grapefruit
Put all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake. Then add ice and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist
